A former Senior Constable in the Victoria Police (with a Diploma of Public Safety – Policing), Lou is usually the first point of contact for investor enquiries.

Her role also includes processing UC Invest transactions and Grants for Uniting Foundation, as well as general banking duties.

A tireless volunteer for various Uniting Church charities, including Pancake and Synod Days, Lou is known for her exceptional personal customer service. “Our clients are all individually important to us and not just a number. We care!” she says.

In her personal life, Lou enjoys cooking for family and friends.
