UC Invest or Uniting Church SA Investment Fund Ltd is a Christian investment fund based in Adelaide. The fund operates under ASIC’s regulatory framework as a “Charitable Investment Fundraiser” (CIF) and under APRA’s regulatory framework as a “Religious Charitable Development Fund” (RCDF) enabling us to provide investment services to investors. We exist to support the charitable works of the Uniting Church in South Australia.
While we care deeply about the socially conscious placement of funds, we believe ‘doing the right thing’ should not come at a price.
Our ethical investment policy includes filters such as ESG performance scores and positively contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
But even more than that, we use our profits to invest in the community. From environmental projects and helping the less fortunate, to aged care, First Nations assistance, emergency relief funds, kids camps and so much more, we are making a positive difference.

UC Invest Mission.
UC Invest is the trading name of the Uniting Church SA Investment Fund Limited. We provide a range of investment products and services to Uniting Church members, congregations, church agencies and people in the wider community.

UC Invest is an unusual entity in today’s world. We don’t exist simply to generate profits just for ourselves, or even just for our investors.
We were set up decades ago to provide investment options and opportunities for the Uniting Church SA community and to create revenue for the wider Uniting Church. In all the years since, this ethos has continually guided our motivation in managing investments.

Each year, our Synod is blessed to receive contributions from UC Invest. These resources enable us to strengthen and expand the reach of our many ministries and programs. In addition, UC Invest has made a remarkable commitment to support the Uniting Foundation in funding community projects over the next five years—an investment that will touch countless lives.

We ensure our products are competitive and have friendly staff ready to assist you. Unlike other financial institutions, our results seek to offer both a profitable return to you and a return for our non-profit operations.
We wear our heart on our sleeve: we exist to promote the work of the Uniting Church SA and our customers are essential to making that happen.
Core Aim Two: Great returns for our Church.
In the past 10 years UC Invest has been able to provide over $30 million in gifts and grants to the Uniting Church SA community. Many congregations and groups across the state and beyond have benefited from UC Invest grants.
We also provide loans and investment options to our congregations, agencies and schools that makes a tangible a difference to the South Australian community.
Core Aim Three: High quality financial services.
We simply can’t achieve our first two objectives without providing great products and service to you.
We believe that everyone should be treated respectfully and receive service that exceeds their expectation. For example, we will never hide our phone number, nor make it difficult for you to call us.
