Troubleshooting.

You can reset your password in two ways:

• If you answer the questions correctly, you will be able to reset your password.

• Contact us during business hours to request a password reset.

If you have previously completed your Questions and Answers you should be able to reset your password online with the following steps:

Visit UC Invest Online.

Click on the green ‘Reset Password’ tab and enter your Member Number and date of birth.

You will be prompted for an SMS Security Code.

On request, the Security Code will be sent to your registered mobile phone and needs to be entered immediately.

(SMS Security Codes expire within 5 minutes – if your code expires, simply request another Security Code).

You will be prompted to enter the answer 2 of your listed Questions and Answers.

If you have lost or misplaced your Member Number you will need to contact us during business hours to request a Member Number Confirmation Letter.

For security reasons we will not disclose your Member Number over the phone.
